I can see your point regarding my comment about society swinging from one extreme to another. Traditional conservatism had not just decades, but centuries of dominant influence in America, so I don’t think we’ve fully seen the results of the shift toward a more liberal influence. You can mostly see its effects among younger generations, but even so, I’m glad we agree on what truly matters: a return to Christ-centered masculinity.You had me until you got to the part about society now swinging in the opposite direction. Evangelical culture has been saying that for a long time (read as: decades), and I just don't see it. But I do agree with your second paragraph.
When people like Vance and Trump constantly try to parade their "masculinity" in front of everyone, all I see are some deeply insecure men, who try to pawn off being mean and crass as "masculine". It's a very bad look, IMO.
