Jackson 5--Want You Back--Christian rock cover

Hello all

I am looking for help finding a Christian rock song. It is a cover of Jackson 5's "Want You Back." I don't know if it is a literal cover, or if the band changed the lyrics (and potentially the song title).

I remember the song being released somewhere between about 1996 and 2000. I am 95% certain it was not released after 2000.

I've looked all over the internet and can't seem to find this. I vaguely recall the art for this particular album being a black-and-white or sepia photo of the band, but I can't for the life of me find this band, album, or song.
