Sheeze, I given up on pork by default.....my wife wont cook it for me..
Truthfully, I let it go as a health issue.

We have some family friends that cooks veggie and vegan so well..... I dont fret so much about meats issue to much.

Your secret is safe with me. I'm actually a new Adventist and sometimes pork still queaks in. Like, when I eat fried rice with my family and don't notice that it's in there until I get to the end of the bowl and find that a lot of it has gravitated to the bottom . My point is, I don't fret about meats too much either (SSSSSHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhh!)
