Kay.. what did He say? If you confess your sin..He is faithful and just to forgive you and to cleans you from ALL unrighteousness. Yes? Granted we cant just say that and keep sinning. There are times we get stuck in sin.. that temptation. So.. did you confess this? Are you now calling Him a liar? Well.. He forgave you. No.. HE FORGAVE YOU! That means.. He does NOT remember it..EVER! So you must forgive your self.

See... you have to KNOW this is something that only comes by His power. And the enemy has lied to you. Made you think you HAVE to sin. You HAVE to give in to that desire. HAHA..prasie GOD you don't. JESUS IS REAL! And ALL of this is NOT based on how you FEEL SEE or HEAR! Its FAITH! Sin no longer has a hold on you. It HAS to go. It cant make you sin. So.. you ask the Father.. Father you said in your word you will make a way where this is no way...from temptation. He will. Again.. you just been lied to. HE has set you free. And since HE can not lie.. whom aka YOU the SON has set free..IS FREE INDEED!

So.. you tell that spirit of lust or what ever.. NO! You have no hold on me.. I have been set free by Christ whom died on the cross rose from the dead. Has given me ALL power over you. And if I resist you ..you HAVE to flee! Its free will. He did hear you...the desires will stop.

You know there is this thing God told us as man and woman to do right? Its part of us. He knows this :) Keep your mind on HIM. He said.. if you keep your mind on Him He will keep you in perfect peace. He will delever you from this. All you have to do is NOT go by how you feel. Go by what HE said. Do you believe John 3:16? Your saved. Did you confess your sins? Well like ALL THE REST of us.. you get up dust off and keep going! Everyone has something. Oh it may not be LUST...but we all have something. We all must over come. But He already did it for us! Just follow Him :) He is with you.. He is NOT MAD..He said.. what in the WORLD do you have to fear for if GOD is for YOU who can be against you?

He love is not based on how much you sin. Get over it. He is MORE in love with you then you will ever know. He will NEVER EVER EVER EVER leave you. NEVER forsake you! Really take a look at life.. in the morn.. day and night. Everything you see was made JUST FOR YOU! Yeah.. HE is GOD He did this for ALL.

He is not like man. He is not mad at you in any way. If we miss it goof up.. repent.. do a 180. Put something else in the place of that sin. Read the word.. Talk to Him ALWAYS. Pray always. When you dont feel like praising Him.. DO IT! JESUS IS REAL! As you draw near to Him He draws near to you. His arms are not closed..when they do.. is when YOUR IN THEM! And your in His hands.. and His hands are in the Fathers and NO ONE takes them from the Fathers nor does the Father ooops..drop any lol.

And do you really think this sin defines you? You really think this ONE MOMENT in time .. means saved or lost? That lamb was offered for ALL SINS! You really think we can do some sin today that HE never died for? What SIN made it past the blood of a GOD? Just repent.. know He loves forgives. Just dont walk in sin.. we can not freely sin and say we love Him. Oh you are SO LOVED! He is not upset at all. Just ..sorry.. your going to have to just take HIM not me not any one else..but take HIM at HIS word.

So.. He has already started making a way out. Hold on!

Why would we fear someone we ultimately love? Is it for us to be afraid of what God will do to us due to sin. Or is it for us to understand the fear of lacking wisdom, which help's us be teachable.
I fear that GOD is Holy, and so I should be Holy too. I fear that I should always remain in GOD's love.

Luke 18:2
Jesus said: “There was a certain judge in a certain town who did not fear God and did not respect people".

From the above verse..even our Lord Jesus emphasize about the Fear of GOD.

John 5:14
Lord Jesus said: "Sin no longer, lest something worse happen to you.”

From the above verse why something more worse can happen? Worse happens because of the more Sin, which comes without the Fear of GOD that He is watching us always. If we love GOD then we have to feel that GOD is watching us always.

How so? I stopped smoking and didn't rebel because I was afraid of what she would do. I was disciplined. I learned my lesson.
You can't learn when you are afraid, you're in survival mode. You learn after you understand what fear is for.

Well then I obviously have a misconception of it because Hebrews 10:31 says It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. If you know that it means more than this please enlighten me.

God gave us all the ability to fear, it's natural as I pointed out. This natural force stay's with you as long as you're unwilling to learn. This is why it's written "Fear is the beginning of wisdom" once you know what fear is for you can then be open to learn wisdom.

No, fear is like a back stop for doing stupid thing's. But if you don't listen to those fears, you'll never learn, if you never learn you'll never gain wisdom.

Sorry I am not here for useless argument. I want to grow and someone should grow by helping them. This is my idea.

John 15:10
Jesus said: "If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and remain in his love".

Hebrews 5:8-9
"Although he was a son, he learned obedience[to GOD] from what he suffered, and being perfected, he became the source of eternal salvation to all those who obey him.."

There's no argument here, only an observation.

I'm not sure He needed to because He was indwelt with the fullness of God. Then again He said The Father is the God of all. Adam and Eve were perfect until they sinned. Did they fear God? One would think that only the Father Himself would be the only one who wouldn't need to fear Him. What do you think?

If Jesus was a man then I can't see why he wouldn't have a natural fear as all mankind does. He had to share our humanity, right? But the Bible points out that he was exceptional, that he was very wise at a young age.

Lord Jesus obeys Father, but no need for Father(GOD) to obey Lord Jesus.

1 Corinthians 11:3
Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of the woman, and the head of Christ is God.

John 14:1
Jesus said: "You believe in God; believe also in me".

I would like to think He had to have the Fear of God, because while He was indwelt with the fullness of God, had all power and authority, He still operated within the boundaries of the will of the Father.

So I have been struggling with habitual sin (inappropriate content, yes women struggle with that too) for years and I can't seem to break away from it completely so that I will never do it again and over the last few weeks I have been getting readings from psychics mainly about what my path to marriage will be like. I know as Christians we aren't supposed to use psychics or have anything to do with the occult, but I was really curious about my future husband and whether or not I will get married since I'm 33 and still single. I just want to get right with God, but I don't feel like I will ever be able to do that. I don't want to go to Hell. What should I do? I have God asked to forgive me, but he cant keep on forgiving me forever and I'am saved, but I don't know what else to do.

Don't worry about your occult experiences. Advice from fortune tellers is no different as that given by well-meaning Christians when they "feel the Holy Spirit" saying something and then proceed to talk a lot of nonsense. Nonsense is nonsense; whether it involves consulting the tarot and praying to the aliens, or whether it's rubbish advice given in homegroup in Jesus' name: that's just the aesthetic slapped on top of the rubbish. As for forgiveness, the reason God forgives is independent of you; his forgiveness of you is based on Jesus representing you, not you representing yourself. Even Jesus himself mentioned to forgive someone "70 times 7 times", which was making the point: there is no cutoff. We're sinners by nature, it's just the way we are, we can improve through repenting and learning self-discipline but basically until we're resurrected in new bodies there's always going to be sin in your life; we'll never be sin-free until then. Just the way it goes.

As for your inappropriate content addiction, obviously that's not ideal. You need a plan for getting your cravings for intimacy met through dating and marriage - a connection with someone else - rather than inappropriate contentography and masturbation. This requires getting out of yourself, rather than withdrawing into yourself, which is a bad habit that inappropriate content further enables. Withdrawal isn't compatible with intimacy. First thing is to get rid of your internet at home. Go out to a cafe and use the free wi-fi there instead. While you're getting out, start getting out even more. Go out and live life, get involved in hobbies and groups where you socialise with new faces rather than the same old people all the time, cross paths with single men, say yes when they ask for dates, etc. Will probably take a few tries and false starts but no matter.
