• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

You got others helping you, that sounds like allot of work.
We = me and hubby; not sure how much help I really am
It actually went pretty fast; I taped and he started polurethaning behind me.
It wasn't as smelly as I expected...plus we were able to open the windows.
My past illnesses have compromised my strength and endurance (and I have asthma so much watch the fumes), but I do what I can.
He is a blessing to me in many ways

Thanks...the old bods won't let us 'overdo' :p
We slept in today and are scaling back on the work a bit.
It will take more like 2 weeks, than the 1 he planned on ^_^

Looking forward to meeting your new fishie Steve ~ enjoy :)

Yes he's my favorite wrasse. The hobby is good for me. :) This tank will get one more fish after the wrasse in QT goes into the DT.. Probably a yellow tang.
Those are very cute...such brilliant colors :)

So that makes 4 fish total you'd have?

Is that limit re: the tank size...fish size...or $$ ;)

Hubby is doing the last coat of paint on the ceilings today; I'll be putting polyurethane on the switch plates, and finish taping in the kitchen.
Hopefully we can do the walls this weekend

Have a nice day

God bless

Gail that's five now in the Display tank, three wrasse, one Dwarf Angel, and a sand sifting goby.

Going shopping for a yellow tang tomorrow; with a good filter system and maintenance, that's going to be a good bio load for a 75 gallon. Actually the Yellow tang will be needing a larger tank, they get to be 9 inches long, but I plan on buying a small one, so that will take years.

Painting can be quite the process when you're trying to do a good job...

Hi Steve
Ah...I was 1 fish off.....but figured that was the limit.
That will make for a beautiful tank ~ have fun shopping, and enjoy

We got a lot done today :)
Hubby just has touch ups to do tomorrow, and I will freshen the curtains and get the house put back together.
There are a few more rooms to be done, but no rush on those; this was a big job done (PTL)

Have a nice weekend
