It is SO hot here!

All I want to do is drive around in my AC'ed car, or sit by the AC in my house. It was almost 32 degrees in all rooms but the living room.

So what do you do when it gets this hot?

Heheheh.....everyone I've talked to in Vancouver has complained about the heat. I just laugh, especially after having to put up with east coast summers. out here......heat and humidity all mixed together not a fun thing. On the phone with my mom this afternoon, she mentioned that she and my dad are actually thinking of purchasing an A/C. Go figure!

It's been a pretty lousy summer here in Toronto - today it's cloudy & cool. Before that, it was high 30's with the humidity ! I sure hope August brings nicer weather !

As for what to do to beat the heat, thank the good Lord that my apartment complex has an outdoor pool so i spend as much time keeping cool in it.

.90 cents a liter for gas on the West Coast Here in Toranna it's mid-70's - we haven't seen .90's since Victoria Day

Actually I save gas, because I drive really slow which is more economical.

It hasn't been a great summer here in Quebec yet, except for a few exceptional days (like today!). Today is a beautiful summer day! Many times it has been rather cool, even cold, rainy, windy and/or very cloudy.

Normally, summers in the Province of Quebec are hot and humid (verrry humid - a bit like in the tropics).

I have a feeling that August will be beautiful though.
