It Hit Me Tonight...

I went to my grief support group today. We talked about heaven...and funerals and such and it was a really hard night for me. The funerals have so much pain yet to me. I know they are in Heaven and I'm so happy that they are. Yet that pain, that searing loss...it hurts. The memory of the funerals...the feelings I get when I think about it yet it hurts deep inside...because I miss them...terribly.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jesus will help you heal as you grieve, too. Support groups for grief are very helpful. I know it hurts so bad and I'm sorry it does. I am praying for you.

Thanks Ruth for praying. I just have those moments of intense pain. Things have been hard with both the grief and depression I am going through. It has totally drained me..I have no energy whatsoever.

I wonder if taking something to sleep would help? Do you have a doctor you see? I have gone through the pit you are going through. My doctor has helped me with conversation and medication. I think that possibly it could help you too. Jesus will lead you as you get closer to him. God bless you!

I do have something for sleep. I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago, and I do have depression. So I have medication for the depression too, well the depression medication makes me very drowsy. It's just been hard to get through this week. I just started the depression meds this week. I have to find a new therapist as the therapist I was origionally going to go to does not work with our insurance. It's so hard right now. It's just everything seems to be changing all at once. It's a bit overwhelming.

Thanks. I'm having a better day today. I'm actually kind of happy, which I haven't felt this way in a logn time. I'm still tired though. I'm going to a sleepover tonight. I won't be able to stay up late though.

Well the sleepover didn't go so great. I fell asleep at 10:30 in the middle of the movie we were watching. They noticed I was asleep and started talking about me. I was feeling great up until last night. I started to feel really down again.
