CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

yup.. it's not worth to argue and say this or that.. I live in America and maybe I get alittle offended because of the fanactics that are killing people over God's name and my son is a Marine.. it is hard to think of him going to war and because of people who hate Jews and America.. so I have to drop it here and love more then hate.. people are just blinded who kill in God's name.. I will give these feelings to God and ask for forgiveness for judging anyone ot group...

I worry about her sometimes though...women make up on ly 5% of the Corps....She's got a LOT of brothers at arms...but very few women ....GraceInHim said:yup.. they got it at Boot Camp..

do not worry, she will have many friends that are males.. my hubby did 22 yrs.. they are like a big family,,, so what about this thread... the op seems gone..

You know, I'm honestly divided on this issue. I do think that Israel should have their land back but then again if that is going to cause a war or something, I don't know that it is such a good idea. I'd honestly rather have peace in the area. But then again, I'm a pretty peaceful person anyway.
