CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i never heard that. I ahve heard that they are really awesome Christian guys. But that could have changed, or just have been a rumor. To be totally honest, im not sure

my opinion, Zao is still Christian. Why wouldn't they be? their new album is called, The Funeral of God. read the interview on the Ferret homepage. they wrote this album on the IDEA of what if God would chose to die because of the amount of rejection that God gets. that doesn't mean they gave up their faith, they are talking about a fictional idea, and making awesome points on their album. They also changed from the Christian metal label, solidstate, to Ferret, has a awesome bands, but for the most part they are not Christians. Christian bookstores will probably not carry it because Ferret Label is not a Christian Record Label, thus, they will not distribute non-Christian record label's band. and might i add, i am stoked that they changed labels, even though, Solidstate Record Label is one of my ultime favorite labels, it is just now, they get more contact with the metal scene, and more contact with fantastic bands out there, and get a chance to spread light through love to these people.
