Dietary cholesterol is not even absorbed properly, most of it comes from the body making it. Your body isn't stupid enough to make itself poison.
I think we have been chasing a ghost (cholesterol) for the last 60 years. Heart disease is at a all time high, both vegans and non vegans get it. Cholesterol is not the cause...it's something else.
I don't think any one knows what actually causes it, it might be a combination of things. My guess is a combination of pesticides, vaccines, environmental, and artificial ingredients (this including toxic nonstick cookware, plastics, and food wrapping) is what's actually causing heart disease.
