I'm new here, and am in recovery for ednos, and looking at many of the posts, alot of user mention sugar being bad, or this or that is not healthy, and I feel it goes against a supportive recover forum. Whether you struggle with binge eating, anorexia, bulimia, or ednos, recovery is about moving away from our obsessions and power we place over foods. Labeling things as bad and good is keeping us from truly living, when it comes to our diets. I'm not a nutritionist or rd, but I do think it's about balance and not to see things either as good or bad. Blessings
