I kind of know what you mean. I guess I just have control issues.I could see how people would be on board with the thought at first, but the more you think about it and think about how companies treat us now, the more it's like, yeah I'm all set.

I see what you mean now; I agree.
But, cultural influences and pressure make people to do insane things. It is trendy to interface in this day; consider the social ridicule and hardship you could face being one of few people who are fully natural in a fully interfaced technological world.
They will say those people are radicals, terrorists and stone-age-mentality thinkers who are afraid of the future, and toss them aside. It already happens now, it is just under the guise of advancing freedom, and global economic and social unity.
