Hi Mark,

Good question. We always need to see who the speaker is talking to. So here we see that Jesus is talking to the people of Israel. If they believe in Him then on the last day, the final day of earth then they will be raised up to go into the new earth.

We the Body of Christ are of a different purpose, and we will be going to rule with the Lord in the third heaven previous to that. The Apostle Paul reveals that to us, by the Holy Spirit.

There is a heavenly purpose and an earthly purpose. God made each realm for man to have rulership in.

Unfortunately the rapture is not real. During the last tribulation the Holy family of Noah were left behind and all others perished for their wicked deeds and sins aginst God.

The "last day" is metaphoric, and has several potential meanings. By design.

Likewise, the rapture.

I do know, I dare say, the details, however they are simply too difficult to believe. I do feel comfortable saying that all the major theories out there are wrong. They are just guessing, and theories that seem most right stick, and some theories that people simply want to believe, that sticks for many.

The important thing to remember is God loves you and saved the world. We are here to stay, and we are going to stay for a long time.

I will end this by simply noting that God is way, way ahead of everybody. God is way smarter then everybody. And God has way more power then what anyone can imagine. Human beings who are saved are able to believe very far fetched things -- the simply gospels are actually too far fetched for anyone to believe without the Spirit of God.

The dead in Christ rise first then those alive are caught up to the Lord so that they may be clothed with immortality (new bodies) as flesh and blood can't inherit the eternal kingdom God promised to those who love Him.
The resurrection is on the last day as Jesus stated. Those that listen and learn from the Father come to Him and its the Fathers will that He raise them up on the last day. The enemies of God are also dealt with on that last day as well. The great battle of God almighty. Rev 16:15-16 The bowl judgments are the judgments that plunge the beasts kingdom into darkness and are the last of Gods judgments.

IF you seek a sign I would state rev 11 is a sign that can't be mistaken 1260 days of testimony in Jerusalem. Its the beast who kills the 2 witnesses and is then revealed to be in the world. The lawless one who is destroyed by Jesus and His armies at His 2nd coming for He must remain in heaven until God puts His enemies under His feet.

There is no teaching in the NT of a pretrib rapture of saints. The last day is at the very end of the great tribulation and there are still saints in the world on that day.

WE know the bowl judgments are the last of Gods judgments and are the judgments that plunge the beasts kingdom into darkness. Rev 15&16. The Lord comes as a thief at the very end,Rev 16:15-16, for the great battle of God almighty. The angel of the abyss is released at the sounding of the 5th trump call of God. So the 5th to the sounding of the last trump (7th) must be concurrent with the bowl judgments. IT is the lawless one and His armies that invade the Holy Land that overcomes and kills the two witnesses. IN those days the mount of olives will be split in two to make a way of escape from the surrounding armies. Then the Lord comes with all His holy ones to bring peace to the world by destroying the enemies of God and to usher in everlasting life. ref:Zech 14, Daniel 12 IN regard to Daniel 12 Jesus stated He would send out HIS angels to harvest the wheat and pull up the weeds. Then there will be peace in the whole world for the Lord comes and reigns. He will rule the nations with an iron scepter.

We can all quote different people to try & dispute some view, but that is a poor argument as all people are fallible. It takes work to discuss using scripture and not be lazy by pointing to fallible people.

The new arc is the Catholic faith I have read so where does that put the others? God that they may all convert and save their souls

Hi Rex,

God`s word tells us exactly where Enoch is - in the General Assembly in the third heaven awaiting his new body. He is one of the spirit of just men, (& woman).

`By faith Enoch was taken so that he did not see death, "and he was not found because God had taken him," for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God.` (Heb. 11: 5)

`You have come to Mount Zion .....to the general Assembly and church of the first-born who are registered in heaven, to God the judge of all, TO THE SPIRITS OF JUST MEN MADE PERFECT. (Heb. 12: 22 & 23)
