Being made new creations in Christ, it is irrelevant whether Jew or Gentile to them saved in Christ, because the new man is higher than the old man.
Redemption in Christianity is not a restoration to the garden of eden creation of man. But an entirely new higher plane of existence, higher than the angels. Which hereto has not be fully realized pending the redemption of the body in the resurrection/rapture. Redemption from that which is current, and from that which is past, changed to that which is eternal.
Which we will see Jesus as He is - the Lord God Almighty - not Jesus the Jew. Which at that time we will not be fused to the flesh as the old man, currently pertaining to each of us is.
Let us pray that God holds us by our hand, as we endure to the end the tribulations of this life, to the day of our glorious redemption, which it will be joy everlasting.
Whether being a Jew or a replacement Jew, that argument is a wallowing in the mud of the old man. Let it go, and be a new creation in Christ, looking for and awaiting our redemption. Even so, Come Lord Jesus!
