Nooj,
I'm sorry, it's ridiculous how these rumours of Steve Irwin being a Christian is being propogated around. Steve Irwin was not a Christian.
And you know this how?
Personally, Nooj, please stop while you are ahead. You are just flushing your ignorance all around the place by thinking that one Internet source is a reliable and trustworthy view held by some, let alone the majority, of Christians or Christian creationists. It is just as ignorant as saying, "All Muslims are terrorists," yet extremists wouldn't even make up 1% of the total Islamic population and their views are not a good representation of the majority.
I'm saying this as kindly as I can because your post angers/annoys me when you purposefully try to taint the creationist position because of the statement of a single website that claim to be creationists. They are not a good representation of those informed and more orthodox creationists, such as Answers In Genesis or the Institute For Creation Research. The Bible declares not to pass judgment on others and who gives you or I the authority to say who is or is not in hell? The Bible does give general guidelines that you must accept Christ as Lord and Saviour by faith to enter heaven. Ultimately, God's the judge and He is fair.
I also fail to see how discussing Steve Irwin's fate has anything productive to do with anything. If you truly treasure the memory of Steve Irwin, then follow his lead in environmentalism rather than trying to use his tragic death to push your own agenda on the forums.
