I tend to lean right but I'm not going to say one side is totally evil and the other side is totally good.
Every issue has to be examined on its own merits, there's no blanket answers.

Do I have any facts? If I had a copy of Hunter's hard drive I could give you a treasure trove of facts. As far as Boblulinski he has come forward with evidence of crimes and was told by the FBI "we will get back with you" and they never did. We have FBI whistleblowers who state they were to stand down on this case. We have FBI whistleblowers who have left the FBI over this corruption. There are FBI whistleblowers who are still on the job but are being retaliated against contrary to Federal law with th goal of forcing them out.

It is laughable that you ask for court cases! When the DOJ and FBI squash investigations there can be no court case. You make the fatal assumption that everyone in these organizations are operating according to law.

They found classified documents that Trump had stolen. Sounds competent to me.
