I think it's fine if done for a good purpose like preventing disease or nuisance or to protect life. I have a gun that uses compressed air to shoot salt like a shotgun. It works really well out in my woodshop. The flies come in this time of year to escape the cold and they are a real nuisance. They land on my elbow or the back of my neck whenever I'm trying to carve and it drives me up the wall when I'm trying to concentrate. I don't kill spiders because they do no harm to me and actually help by catching the flies. How do you feel about people killing insects, animals, and other forms of life?
