We know the Mosaic Law was given to show God's Perfect Moral Will for people. Jesus Himself, is said to have kept every jot and tittle of the law, and if He broke even a fraction of it, such as eating a piece of bacon, He would have sinned against God and would no longer be able to be the perfect sacrifice to placate the anger of God towards us. Now, my concern is that eating bacon is sinful and wrong. Yet many Christians disobey the laws of God. Why?
The Law of God does not change. If eating a lobster or a bacon cheeseburger was wrong 3000 years ago, it is still wrong today. Obviously, if God says, "Don't eat from the Tree or you will die!" you don't eat from the tree! And fruit is far healthier than the death food, known as bacon! So then, why do Christians disregard the Law of God which clearly tells us what we can, and cannot, eat? Can anyone explain this to me, without twisting scripture?
The bible makes it clear consuming swine is sinful. So why do some pass it off as moral, when it clearly is not?
