Is it a sin to marry a non-Christian? Non-Orthodox?

Is having been baptized good enough to qualify someone as a Christian?
They are technically considered Christian and so possibly allowed to be married to an Orthodox person in the Orthodox Church (permission is still needed but may have been granted in advance in a blanket sense based on denominations) ... IF they are baptized in a Trinitarian formula from a group that properly understands the Holy Trinity (such as NOT being one that considers Jesus a creature).

Whether or not they are a Christian according to God (in the final judgement) isn't up to us to say. Only God sees the heart, and baptism alone won't save in the absence of faith and a heart turned towards God.
