Do you believe in God?
Do you believe in the Word of God?
Faith has nothing to do with science.
Arguing against physical reality (i.e. science) is a loosing position.

It does matter as this is a Christian forum. I believe in God. You, and others on here dont.
You dont agree with 'science' when it comes from Christian academics.
Not true. The science being questioned is that espoused by YECs. As I said earlier, the video does not represent a "Christian" view, it represents a YEC view. It is knowingly deceptive. You dont agree with 'science' when it comes from Christian academics.

Hahaha, no.Let's take a look at a few problems with "science" today. Take a look at the following list:
I put together this list.
- "relentless pursuit of taxpayer funding has eliminated curiosity, basic competence, and scientific integrity in many fields."
- "physics, economics, psychology, medicine, and geology are unable to explain over 90 percent of what we see"
- "climate, demography, asset prices, and natural disasters—are minimally predictable."
- "chronic inability to reproduce research findings."
- "progress in developing better theory and forecasting capability has stagnated since the 1960s."
- There is a "replication and reproducibility crisis."
- “’Nutrition’ is now a degenerating research paradigm in which scientifically illiterate methods, meaningless data, and consensus-driven censorship dominate the empirical landscape.”
- "These dubious practices may include misrepresentations, research bias, and inaccurate interpretations of data."
- "when a superstar scientist dies their field sees a small burst of activity in the form of fresh publications." These are highly cited. The superstar was hindering new ideas.
- "There’s an increasing concern among scholars that, in many areas of science, famous published results tend to be impossible to reproduce."
- "What is going on here? In two words: “communal reinforcement,” more commonly known as group-think."
- "Another big project has found that only half of [psychology] studies can be repeated."
- "But what about economics? Experimental econ is akin to psychology, and has similar issues."
- "the whole academic discipline of economics is being re-considered: the theory as well as the policy advice."
- "I’m suddenly concerned that all of published math is wrong because mathematicians are not checking the details, and I’ve seen them wrong before,". Because math builds on itself and is increasingly too difficult to check properly.

Then there is this:

Scientists are increasingly agenda driven by money and ideology.

Reading? Thats a thing suspiciously always used in science. Should be banned.Science eh? What a crock. Wouldn't trust a scientist as far as I could throw him. I guess you live in the woods, hunt rabbits with a pointy stick and gather berries. Ah, back to nature...
But...what are reading this on?
You're right - it's a global conspiracy with every scientist in every country signed up.Let's take a look at a few problems with "science" today. Take a look at the following list:

The list is too short. We should add to it and help out Matt. Let's see what 'science' has to say about these:
How come I always hook my five iron? Should I change my grip?
Why do people keep asking Adam Sandler to make films? It's the biggest mystery and no-one knows?
Why can't I find my car keys?
Why does toast always fall butter side down?
If global warming is true, how come it's colder today than it was yesterday?
Can anyone tell me how to get that possum out of my attic? I think not.
Why is there always a sock missing when we do the laundry? C'mon 'Mr. Scientist!'
If we evolved from monkeys, how come there are still monkeys? Eh? What did Darwin say about that?
If it takes two men to dig one hole in three days, how long would it take 5 men to dig 6 holes? Simple maths? I think not.
Why doesn't anyone realise that Clark Kent is Superman? He's only wearing glasses. My wife recognises me when I wear glasses.
How come my wife can't grasp the offside rule?
Doesn't Bond know that shaking a martini just dilutes it and makes it cloudy? What an idiot...
Where does the fire go when the fire goes out? (That's from my grandson).
Have you seen my glasses? I could have sworn I left them in the kitchen.
How many rabbits do you catch a day?
Is the pope a Catholic?
After seeing you taken in by that ridiculousFrom what you have written so far in this this thread, i would say that it is you that is very much confused!![]()
Do you believe in God?
Do you believe in the Word of God?
It is.Reading? That's a thing suspiciously always used in science. Should be banned.
Yup.Some things man are not meant to know.
People who talk like this sound like someone Eve knew: "Yea, hath God said?"Do YOU believe you know exactly what the word of God is, and what it means? Because if you are so sure you do, it's yourself you believe in, not God. Might be wise to rethink that.
