Is Everybody going to heaven?

How does this fit into your all inclusive idea that everyone's going to heaven?

Luke 13:25-28
25 When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, 'Lord, open to us,' then he will answer you, 'I do not know where you come from.' 26 Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.' 27 But he will say, 'I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of evil!' 28 In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but you yourselves cast out.

Learning never stops. Were the hell firer in the vers.. They gnashing thier teeth at steven before they kill him. Yet it say's all Israel will be saved. So I think you have it backward it doesn't line up with the other doctrine. God say's He vails the jews to this day.

You know guy's if I'm right that the lake of fierer is the cross and it's God's burning up of SIN it fit's and make 1 cor. 3;11-16 and many more vers. make sense. Everyone is going to bow before him and that can only happean thru the cross.

After studying the Word since August of 1980, HE began to reveal to me the truth about alot of things that I have come to find out that most of the church is being deceived about

It started in another forum thru a poster named Papacoyote, every time I would read his posts I could feel the annointing on it, one day he mentioned how the things that are being purged and refined in our lives now are thrown in the lake of fire and it just began to click and be revealed to me with the help of some excellent teachers

I beleive God is revealing the truth to more and more diligent seekers of Him and His truth

Amen! The hardest thing was to ask questions about what you were being told. Once you ask the frist one it was like the rain fell down from heaven and wouldn't stop. Sometimes you cry out OH-God slow down I can't take it no more! By the way is Papacoyote from the 4-corners of New Mexico?

Good point! I sometimes wonder that myself. Since there is nowhere where God isn't present, the believer and the unbeliever alike are going to be in His presence. What makes it heaven or hell is up to the individual.

Notice in verse 26 it says, "We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets." Now, if this passage is to be taken literally, then the "we" who ate and drank in "Your" presence are those who literally ate and drank in Jesus' presence, while He was among them in person. Further along, it says "You taught in our streets." Again, if this is to be taken literally, the only people who could honestly make this statement are those who had seen Jesus in person, first-hand, preaching in their hometowns. None of us today can say that. However, those who rejected Christ's message while He was here in person could easily say that during the tribulation that occurred during the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70.

This is not to say that those who hold on to their unbelief today won't be in for a huge surprise if they carry that spirit of unbelief with them right on up to the Day they come face to face with God, but the passage above in no way proves Christian Partialism.

I don't know Papacoyote personally, he posts in www.rimoftheworld.net, Mountain Christians Group, in the mountains of Southern California near Lake Gregory

Now YOU'VE got to be kidding, right???

Every knee will bow, but not all with adoration! Many billions will bow in horror, and under duress, knowing that they have chosen poorly. The cross is not available to them. They will have already rejected it. There is no second chance once one has died.

So much wondering and not much truth there. Wonder away, people! Heaven is not hell and God is absent from the Lake of Fire. That is Satan's punishment--and all those who reject Christ. God created the place--we don't. Get into the Word.

God and His people will have much better and glorious things to do.

Floatingaxe states that billons will bow, but not in adoration, and encourages us to get into scripture. Is 45:23-24:

"I have sworn by Myself, the word has gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath. He shall say, 'Surely in the LORD I have righteousness and strenth.' To Him men shall come, and all shall be ashamed who are incensed against Him."

Futhermore, there is a second chance for among all knees are those who were incensed against Him. The righteousness they proclaim could only have been obtained thru the cross.

For Floatingaxe, where does it say God is absent from the lake of fire? It says in Rev 14:10 of any man who worships the beast and receives his mark that "...he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:"

Do you not regard this as a reference to the lake of fire? Please explain and supply the scriptures that support your position. Thanks.

The Lord is referring to all His own. All, however will be ashamed before the throne.

Furthermore, there is NO second chance before the Great White Throne judgment, as all believers will not be there--they will have already had their judgment and received their reward about 1000 years prior! Life will have gone on ahead without the dead outside of Christ, and they will experience a harsh judgment from the Father...no blood, no cross, no forgiveness, no mercy is available at that time, for the dispensation of Grace will have LONG past.

Knowledge of things eschatological is important for this very reason--to refute fantasy believers with their wayward doctrines that suck in the weak .

You can't find a lot of things, apparently...

Revelation 20:11-15
11 And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide. 12 I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before Gods throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds. 14 Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. 15 And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

The angels and Jesus will be witnessing the sentencing. That's it. Then eternity begins in earnest. Thank God!

God's presence is not in hell, and never will be, for it is the place of God's absence.

Revelation 14:9-11
9Finally, a third angel came and shouted: Here is what will happen if you worship the beast and the idol and have the mark of the beast on your hand or forehead. 10You will have to drink the wine that God gives to everyone who makes him angry. You will feel his mighty anger, and you will be tortured with fire and burning sulfur, while the holy angels and the Lamb look on.
11If you worship the beast and the idol and accept the mark of its name, you will be tortured day and night. The smoke from your torture will go up forever and ever, and you will never be able to rest.

I think Hell is a literal place. Yes, God doesn't want anybody to go to Hell, but that is the place sinners go. God will not tolerate sin. ONly those that accept and believe Jesus go to heaven. Only 1/3 of the world is Christian in population. Some of those may not be saved. Hell is a place and that's where unbelievers go. It is a lie of the devil to make people believe there is no Hell or it's not temporary. He says that and then he tells us because of it we can do whatever we want. It's pretty obvious there's a Hell. Jesus talks about Hell more than anyone else in the Bible.

Will everyone go to heaven?

Yes: Hell does not exist

Yes: Hell does exist but it is not permenant (God will rehab every soul)

No:There is a literal hell and those who go there never come back
