If he said forever, but it turned out to be not forever, God cannot have made good on his promise in Genesis 13:15, at Joshua 21.

Exactly, and it turned out to not be, because they left and Arabs lived there after Joshua 21, so it must have been revoked after Christ.

So God did not mean forever in Genesis 13:15? He lied to Abraham?

No because it was initially, but then it was revoked when the Jews rejected Christ.

That land promise, as stated in Genesis 13:15, was unconditional

    Then why wasn't it forever?

As I said, it will be fulfilled in the future. Hebrews 11:13

Joshua 21 says it was already fulfilled.

That is just idiotic. Joshua was a real person. And yes, alignment of other Bible Scripture with Scripture in Joshua DOES... prove the Book of Joshua as authentic. Why else do you think the Book of Joshua was included in the Canon, and even in the Pentateuch?

What you say just isn't to be trusted.

43 So the Lord gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their ancestors, and they took possession of it and settled there. 44 The Lord gave them rest on every side, just as he had sworn to their ancestors. Not one of their enemies withstood them; the Lord gave all their enemies into their hands. 45 Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.

    What does that say?

What's idiotic is ignoring what Joshua 21 says. It clearly says that God gave Israel all the land he had sworn, and that all of the Lord's promises were fulfilled. Ezekiel's verses do not pertain to a promise / fulfillment.

43 So the Lord gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their ancestors, and they took possession of it and settled there

Your denial of clear scripture prevents you from being trusted.
