Is Billy Graham a heretic?

I found this site after hearing some things of Graham.

Is this valid? I have heard that Billy Graham's theology is pretty liberal, but some points they quote of him seem heretical to me.

I am not posting this to quarrel, but rather to get additional information about the matter.

If this has already been discussed I apologize.

I say test what he says and see if it lines up with scripture. Plus, it may be that they are quoting him out of context diliberately.
