If you look...it's a bit upsetting...but look and see that on Hinn's site, the common most asked questions do not link to the answers, but loop right back around to the finance.html page.

I checked this on several browsers.

So, you suggested that I first start with his site to find out about him, and I did so, and now I'm going around in circles on his own site.

I believe that there were seven churches...

In which the church the Lord had the most issues with was the Laodicean church. So Benny Hinn is a Laodicean age preacher, most likely in it for the career move. I don't count this guy as a false prophet... But a Laodicean age preacher. Listening to Benny Hinn may be an edifying experience, but there may be other times in which he, like so many others of this age, make the trek from hot to cold, and end up chastised by the Lord himself for the change in spiritual state.

My advice here is not to put to much weight on the preachers of this age. Develop a prayer life, get the Holy Spirit speaking in your life, and live a life lead of the Spirit.

What do you mean you don't know his site? you told me to go there first. I did. Hinn is avoiding the issue on his site by not properly linking to the answers his own site poses questions to.

if that board of directors didn't have Benny, they'd have no money for ministries overseas. He gets a very healthy salary because of that.

When it comes to money, I largely ignore what goes on. It just doesn't matter to me, what I care about is what they are teaching to people. The federal reserve is really in charge of the money, and can print as much as it wants.

again, it goes back to teachings. Benny Hinn is a very knowledgeable man on the middle east, he happens to be the only Jewish charismatic Christian who is publicized about in the united states at this time.

He's not cleverly trying to persuade me from finding information. He is not so cleverly revealing certain truths about himself by looping his site around that way.

He is under every moral obligation to provide financial information to those who give to his ministry who request to know where their money is spent.

In fact if you watch enough Benny over the past 20 years you will see that he purposefully stopped prophesying because he got burned doing it. What's interesting is that he has had some astounding and precise prophecy in that time, which was really impressive.

Benny Hinn doesn't even have to run a web site. He could preach on sundays, and fly to Africa or whatever country and preach there for the rest of the month. He doesn't even need to be in America. It has everything to do with perception. He could disappear off our radar completely, but then, where are the other evangelists?

He predicted an economic collapse in the united states. Aside from this the only prophecy that comes to mind (that he staked his entire reputation on in 2004) was that Bush would get re-elected

And now they take it without any ill-feeling whatsoever. Jesus and His followers lived humble lives, taking only what they needed to survive so the money could be spent where it was needed, such as with the poor and the widowed. What makes Benny Hinn so special that he needs to stay at a five-star hotel?

My church does a lot more good with its money. They spend it on sending missionaries across the globe. They sent me to Seattle recently, and I definitely didn't stay in some high-end resort. Our pastor doesn't live like a king off the money given to the church either.
