Is baptism a requirement for salvation?

Baptism isn't required for salvation but is an outward testimony of the salvation we have already recieved.
As for sprinkling vs immersion, I wouldn't argue with someone who believes in sprinkling but I don't see any Biblical justification for it. I think the intent is still the same but as a baptist, naturally, we practice baptism by immersion.
