I have touched on keto and it seems to work well but I think it's something to be used over a period of time and to lower blood sugar levels and insulin resistance.
There seems to be quite a few people suggesting after going on a carnivore diet that it has helped a lot of people with various problems from skin complaints to depression.
I find it quite interesting as I do believe our bodies are subjected to too many chemicals in nearly all foods we consume from the growing process right through to the shelves.
I'm surprised you didn't lose any weight if that was one of your goals. I guess too many people on keto eat too much fat especially not realizing how dense it is in calories.
