No one is in hell! The lake of fire comes at the end of the world.

Rev 20:18 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and Hell (i.e., the grave) gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged every man by his works.

So "death & hell" refers to death and the grave.

Now notice what happens in the 2nd death:

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

How can hell be cast into hell? Doesn't make one bit of sense.

Here's the CEB: "Then Death and the Grave were thrown into the fiery lake"

Here's the CJB: "Then Death and Sh'ol were hurled into the lake of fire."

Sh'ol means grave.

What then does all this mean? That the lake of fire takes care of the sin problem. No more death and hence no more graves.

:):):) Difficult areas, not that I have the solution; however good job!

:):):) Rev.20;14, "....And the death and the hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This death is the second, the lake of the fire." Let's more right to 'death's companion,' "the hades.' It will never receive another wicked men on earth. The only difficulty is that, when hades means ell, and the lake of fire also means hell, we may wonder how the one can "be thrown" into the other. The answer: "This death" (now 'all Greek to me,' but necessary) (outos o thanatox, subject, not outos alone as in our versions) is the second death, (namely) "the lake of fire" (apposition to o deuteros). "This death" = the throwing of the two companions, death and hades, into the lake of fire. This is the second death, namely to put it tersely: this death is the lake of fire. Here "the second (death)" is the term that corresponds to "the first resurrection" (v.6). Put in the last to really allow the Holy Spirit make you even more of a student of the Word. Great!

Romans 11:32 For God hath shut up all unto disobedience, that he might have mercy upon all.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world (the human race); but that the world (human race) should be saved through him.

It's free will....

Otherwise you don't know if you are saved....You could be deceived....God might have chose who to be lost...a reprobate.

See how that doctrine is an assurance buster?

Free will is the same as past. God is the present and arranged circumstances around you, first, during the present and then you slowly recognize the circumstances of your environment and then make choices in the past. In other words, the past don't exist and the slow poke free will is way too late. Free will is gone, poof. It's gloriously better to give God credit for creating the present for you to exist. Free willers don't exist. It's just blind.

Don't lead others into a pit of lies
