Is anybody that accepts "Christ" considered a "Christian"?

Your signature is against the rules for these fora, where it says Paul is in error.

We are permitted to debate what it means to be a Christian, but we are not allowed to accuse a person or group who has declared they are Christian, as not being Christian. This we have not done - or at least where it has been done it has been commented on.

As long as one remembers that it is not necessary to accuse by pointing a finger and calling a name.

I could accuse anyone of not being a Christian simply by setting up a narrow definition of what it means.

For example, I don't attend a church. According to someone's definition in this thread, I'm non - Christian.

Then you should learn how to read what is actually written, and change your signature to stay within the rules of these fora!

That would mean lying, because that is what I believe. I just wanted to point out what I see as a problem in the very nature of this thread. I'll leave now. You win.

I`ve just registered here and first of all i would like to say that my english is not very well. If you don`t understand what i`m writing, please let me know!

When i googled, i saw this thread and i became curious to know members of messianic judaism.
I`m a theologian and i`ve struggled for three years now, with the fact that i can`t teach the things i did anymore, because i think the western theology in common is so far away from the Jewish roots.
When i saw this thread, i thought about what someone said to me when i was in Israel. A man told me that he couldn`t call himself christian, because of the anti-semitism that came into the church since the fourth century. He also told me that he can`t call himself a christian because the nazis also called themselves like that. This answer seemed fair to me and i can fully understand it.

Thanks! I`m studying in the Netherlands and I stopped teaching a year ago, because I couldn`t sleep anymore after I taught young students that Jesus has fulfilled the law, which means in the most protestant literature that people shouldn`t listen tot torah anymore.
Where do you live? Where did you study (are you studying) theology?

Hi there, I live in England and am a semi-retired minister. I studied with the Cambridge Faculty of Theology a long time ago. My main interest is Messianic practical theology.
