In what way is that song promoting rebellion against God? Taking at look at the lyrics, it seems to be about the Devil trying to take someone's soul, but that's not portrayed as a good thing.

Being extremely late on this, it's turned into quite the discussion. Interesting analysis of What Baby Wants. Looking at the lyrics, it does look like that song is about temptation from the devil, in this case, in the form of a woman.

My uncle used to play golf with the guy hahaha he's really chilled out and I THINK he's a christian now. His early albums are secular but I don't take the same view on that as everyone else, I wouldn't even be me if it weren't for secular music and I know God used it to inspire me in my own music. But I don't think his 70's albums are christian, I just don't think they're gonna harm you too much, I wouldn't obsessively listen all the time though, get back to some praise and worship, read the bible, I think artists like that are ok to visit, just don't live there haha
