Is a male working in the Medical Field other than a being a doctor a sin?

Not sinful and not at all wrong, you are ultimately helping people, there aren't enough women who are able to perform some medical procedures and so men are vital. I am disabled so often see male Doctors, depending on where you are though most countries drs don't have to do anything they feel uncomfortable with. My dr at uni wouldn't provide birth control as it was against his beliefs so just say if it makes you feel uncomfortable and they should be accommodating.

It is not about my thoughts, it is about the actions that touching a girl is evil.

Surely not helping when you have the ability to is more 'evil'. I fall over often because of being disabled, if I declined help from men I would still be stranded on a train in the dead of night as all the people who could help pick me up was a gang of nightclubbing drunk lads. Nothing with the right intentions is 'evil'.
