CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi, my name is Hannah and I am 23. I have had a relationship with the Lord for about a year and a half. It is pretty amazing how much God loves me, how much he loves us 
. I like to read, bake, take pictures, and I want to learn how to cook. I have an amazing husband, who I love so much. He is truly an amazing man of God. I am looking to grow closer to God and I want to go further into the Lord in Christ. I am excited for what is to come in my life and I don't know what this forum is all about, but I decided to try something different.

Hello, everyone! I'm 22 and currently in my student teaching semester. I'm excited for what God has in store for me. I like to read, write, draw, and think. I also enjoy walking and I'm a huge Pokemon fan. Glad I could find this community

Hi, all! I am 27 years and one day old Just became an attorney in the great city of Washington, DC. Reconnected with the church after being a distant Christian during college and law school, and life has been so bright and fulfilling since. Excited to join this community!

Welcome Liza. That is quite young to be a full-time missionary but I suppose God can call us at any age. I hope you make new friends here and are encouraged in your faith.
