I'd like to note that people lacking motor skills aren't really my cup of tea either.

But I am sure that you do not find motor skills "attractive" either.

Just like I am sure that you do not find it "attractive" for a woman to have no criminal record.

There are some things that we do not consciously think about. There are some things that we simply expect or take for granted.

Surely intelligence is not "attractive" to anybody.

I think that it is safe to say that what people find attractive is the way that intelligence is manifested.

I was not arguing or being confrontational.

I was simply clarifying a few things.

However, what IS a requirement is that regardless of what her IQ level is, she has to be striving to expand her mind and learn and challenge herself. All persons who are not mentally handicapped are capable of mental growth and development, and anyone who refuses to make the effort will not get a second glance from me.

I think of intelligence in terms of depth of thought and feeling, rather than academic success or raw IQ score (which varies depending on how the test taker is feeling that day). I want my wife to think things through, and do things her way when she can... not just regurgitate the textbook answers.
