Has anyone got any solutions for insomnia. I have been sleeping really badly. I reckon in the last week I've managed to get around 30 hours sleep. I tried an early night and woke up at 1 a.m. (so, roughly 1-2 hours sleep). And I'm just exhausted all the time. It also means that I have to sleep during the day (though even then only for a couple of hours), and with that and work, it also means that I'm barely seeing the people I live with, much less people that I have to leave my halls to see. Plus I'm too tired to think properly, which makes it really hard to do my coursework, and I don't want to fail my degree again.
So, any solutions? I'm pretty desperate.
