Its about halfway between Evansville and Louisville in the middle of nowhere. Its a cool park though.

Probably one of my favorite amusement parks. Free parking. Free cokes. Family-friendly. Two of the best wooden roller coasters in the world. Awesome water park.

Holiday World was one of the three nominees for the Applause Award - the amusement park industry's finest award given to one park world-wide. Good stuff for the Koch family, who runs the park!

I'm a coaster nut so Holiday World doesn't have quite as much to offer as I'd like, but I've got to say it is probably the nicest looking park I have ever seen. Most amusement parks look like they're in parking lots but Holiday World is nicely landscaped with road-like pathways going through the park. They also have the best food I've ever had at an amusement park.

The World Pulse Festival is held annually in South Bend. It is an all day concert (11-6) .
There will be : Third Day; Rebecca ST. James; Petra; Tait and Audio Adrenaline.
It sounds like it is gonna be quite fun.
I believe it is Put on by Lesea Broadcasting. I can let you know the website for more info if you PM me, or do a websearch and Im sure you will find it. I know tickets are free if you get them before hand....

I can't believe either of you! Granted, HW is no Cedar Point, but...riding the back seat of the Raven in the dark is amazing!
...and last trip there I actually got some good air-time on the Legend when I rode in the back.

Coasters are always better in the dark. Besides, I like the Raven for its uniqueness and I like the Legend because you really catch some good wind on it. I just prefer going to a place with more than two.
