In your opinion what was the best game in the Zelda series?

I personally found that the 'Ocarina of Time' was the best I ever played but they say at nintendo that players say 'a Link to the Past' was the best...

What do my fellow Zelda fans think?

The two you mentioned are my favorites. I could not decide between both. Majora is not without its charm, either, although not quite my favorite. This Windwaker one, while fun to play, seems to trash the good ol' "Hyrule" plot.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is my vote, but The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is one close second!

i have to say A Link to the Past. Mainly for the story, dont get me wrong, all the zelda games are great. Though, i didnt really like the story lines the the oracle ones, but they were still fun to play. Anyway, A link to the past is fun. then Ocarina of Time.

Its so hard to say which one. I loved the first one so much! I don't know how many times I beat that game.

Riding on a horse! while watching the sun and moon move over your head, as it changed night, and day!

I'm going to have to vote for the first one, but I haven't played most of them, because I don't have all of the systems.

If id have to pick one favorite id be in a lot of trouble this series is definantly the top on top of my list.

Ocarania of time was the closests pick to a favorite though.

I want to get a copy of Wind Waker for my new Cube and also A Link to the Past:Four Swords.

For now the best I've played thus far has been Ocarina of Time. I LOVE that game.

I like The Four Swords a lot! I just have a hard time working with my brother some times on the game.
