We're now having to address the logic of the argument, but doing that would make the whole thing fall apart,
so rebuff by claiming no one is being serious. The see-saw continues.
Here's the thread:
1. In general, more citizens kill each other than police kill citizens.
2. Therefore, organizations focused on police corruption/brutality/violence should not focus on that subject.
And here comes the freight train through the hole in the logic. There are many organizations focused on specific topics, why should this organization not focus on their topic of choice. There are really only two reasons for this demand one organization, but not others: one believes the police should never be held accountable; or racial animus toward the group in question.
But let's go back to saying no one wants to have serious discussion... One is also free to return to previous claims of, "
I am being insulted," to further avoid explaining why the faulty logic presented should hold for this organization, but not other organizations.
