Apparently, you think it is a problem. You seem to be angry that Susan G. Komen focuses on breast cancer while ignoring lung cancer, which kills more people, and how they completely ignore heart disease, which is the leading cause of the death in the US.

An organization that brings attention to and focuses on one specific cause does not mean they don't care about any other worthy causes. It doesn't make them hypocrites either.

Like with my example of MADD. Just because people in that organization focus solely on drunk drivers doesn't mean they don't care about distracted drivers or sleepy drivers or drivers that use their cars to run over crowds.

You are still missing the point here.

Your original complaint was that BLM isn't doing anything about other forms of violence against blacks (primarily black on black crimes).

The counter point to that is that BLM never tasked themselves with ending crime or stopping violence of any kind or just racial violence in general. They specifically exist and were formed to address police/black suspect interactions. Whether you believe other causes should have more of their attention than this one doesn't change that they exist for a specific cause and it is pointless (though I would argue it isn't) for them to address other causes that are besides their main point of police violence.

Instead, they scream vulgarities at politicians, call for the killing of police officers and destroy neighborhoods.

Now it appears you've moved the goalposts which suggests to me this was never actually about getting BLM to address black on black crimes but more to just dump on an organization you don't particularly like.
