I'm desperate

My husband has all the symptoms, w've been married for seven years, but he started behaving very strange two months ago.
The doctor is going to check him this week, but I feel so hopeless, is he ever going to be the same loving husband and father?
He sees things, hears voices and says God speaks to him, gives him messages...
I don't know where to start.
I've been praying but nothing seems to aleviate my pain....

praying for you hun. he is the same man. being trapped in your thinking comes across every confusing, and scary. there is alot of good meds being made. trust the doctor to be in the Lord's care. he'll help your husband maintain balance if possible. keep us posted? love dee

it could be good for you both if you only knew it, otherwise it would not happen, alot of good can come out of it if not all so just help him along. let him test you and enjoy it.

some illnesses/psychosis are not permenant,there known as episodes,once the patient has been subdued by the meds,rather his illness has been subdued they return to relative normality,hope this is the case for you

Please caution your husband and tell him that the voices are not from God or any other supernatural being. They are caused by the overactivation of certain brain regions; there is a lot in the scientific literature (and on the internet) about this: just type in the words "activation" and "brain" and "schizophrenia" in google and you will find plenty of info. And take your husband to the doctor.

The most important thing is to never give up hope. Know that even if your husband doesn't seem like the same person at times, he will eventually return to his normal self.

There are many places on the internet that help the families of people with schizophrenia, so maybe you should check them out.

The evil forces want a drug-ed up complacent world full of happy christian people not catching on to their REAL scheme. ( new world order) Yes I am also paranoid have thoughts that can't be discussed to anyone. I struggles with drugs for along time and think this is the cause of my symptoms. This is not about me and I pray your husband gets whatever he needs to help him. Im not saying the government wants us all to schizophrenics or anything but it seems to be on the rise and autism again is on the rise if you look close enough. Eradicating millions of africans + "let them kill themselves policy" which happens all to often. Look the bottom line I've heard is make sure he takes his meds. I am currently not on anything and the physciatrists are "tricked" by my social-pathix arrogant behaviours to put it bluntly I think im out smarted the DOC which 9-10times they lie their way through it. I will say aprayer for your husband and GOD bless. When he starts to hear thing engage him in conversation or go for a walk someting to avert his mind me and my wife do it IT really helps. SORRY im all over the place .GOD bless
