I'm an Atheist

if you want God to appear to you, then ask Him to do so -- ask every day when you wake up, with a sincere heart.

an atheist i know did this for a while, and eventually God revealed Himself to Him -- and as i said he was raised atheist and just wanted to know truth, didnt want it to be Christ over any other gods necessarily, but it was Christ that he experienced nonetheless.

NO DEBATING< NOT MY INTENTION!!! Ok so here the deal, I'm an atheist, I don't see logic or reason behind purely faith based religions. I really dont care about the whole god thing, but I deal that I have a need for after life, I get scared some times when I think about death, being atheist nothing would happen, I would just be gone and thats the end of that. But I will not let my self be scared into a religion, I will not let it happened, and i seek after life and thats it. It's for personal gain. I wont allow my self to believe in something because I want and not because I actually believe in it. The are two ways that I can believe in religion. 1) A god figure comes to me to show me the " right path " if you will. 2) I used to be a believe of physics, atheism deters that. Silva Brown was one that interests me. Now if I could talk to such a person and they can prove their self to me, I mean really really prove them self, then I can believe that they can tell me the right answer

What would help you believe??? Do you have questions that have never been answered well enough? I know that deep in your heart you long to know truth and why you are here, the purpose of it all. Everyone does it is a built in thing in the heart of man to search after truth and want to connect with something higher than self.

So what would God need to do in order to prove Himself?

Would you at least have an open unbiased objective heart in order to be presented with something that could change your perspective on life forever????

It's like how the Iranians deny the Holocaust, some know it happened, others choose to deny.

no one can force you to believe in something, you can't see.
that's where faith comes in.
believing it in your heart and soul, is the answer.
you are going toward seeing is beliving.
i believe in God, just because i can't see Him, makes me believe Him even more.
that He is there.
