IJWTS, yes, BMI is an indicator of obesity. Weight has nothing to do with being overweight/obese, body composition does. It is all about the percent of body fat to lean tissue.

IJWTS I'm really glad the M&M cookies my dad brought up last weekend are gone now. I'm hoping to lose at least 10 more lbs by the end of this month and cookies in the house was not helping!

Would a BMI index indicate that you are overweight?

No, my BMI is 23 so apparently I am at a healthy weight. Still want to lose 10lbs and tone up though. I started eating better today and I have been running every day.

IJWTS my BMI is in the healthy range, too - but I want to lose another 20lbs and get back to what I weighed before I had kids. I feel good about how I look right now, but I want to feel better.

Eeeeewww 4 x a day, in a liquid? That is nasty! If its coconut flavour, thats even worse.

Make sure you gulp it and then drink something VERY VERY VERY strong after it, and suck on a lolly.

I probably wouldn't be tornado-phobic, but I've been plagued with nightmares about them for most of my life. Dunno why. I haven't had one in a while though...thanks Jesus

whoa, I have the same nightmares. Everytime I dream about tornadoes something bad happens.

I think its perfectly reasonable to be afraid of tornadoes.

I was in Florida at the age of 7 and witnessed their extreme lightening... man ever since I've had a phobia of lightening, and extreme weather
