CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS, for all those suffering with colds/sinus issues...someone needs to invent a sinus decompression device...seriously. And those of you who've never suffered with sinus problems...thank God lol.

IJWTS I am going to college on a new campus tonight (ugh... work 8 to 4:30 then school from 6:30 to 10:10) and I hope I make new friends there. I'm used to a smaller campus with far fewer people and so it's a little overwhelming how big it is....

IJWTS that I nevertheless commend you for persisting in an activity that is not especially enjoyable and is, quite simply, arduous (especially in the beginning, when you are attempting to build up stamina.)

Some people loving to run. JennyKatz is a huge runner, and there's a few more.
I, on the other hand, even when I was in shape, never liked running that much. I've always had a stockier build, so not very good for LD running.
I do enjoy biking though (both motorcycle and mountain bike). I actually do job one day, bike, jog, bike, jog, etc, since biking is easier on the body, but I still get good exercise in.
Someone cooking some microwave popcorn and now the whole office smells huh?

No, my "office" is at home and I avoid microwave popcorn like the plague. The only tolerable popcorn I have tasted are "gourmet" varieties (such as almond biscotti) and one that I believe was white peppercorn or something of that nature.
I used to run (not out of any pleasure I derived from it, I assure you), yet it resulted in many years of terrible heel pain. Although the pain has finally disappeared, I do not want it to return, therefore I must engage in low impact activities.
