IJWTS- Each day I don't run is a day I feel my flubber laughing at me.

Ijwts I started my blog again. I'm hoping it sticks this time.

IJWTS: I hate cops, not the position. The position is just, it is fair and it worries about the TRUE problems of society.

Reality cops, are.... tax collectors and janitors nothing more.

They do not stop crimes, they clean up after them. They dont write tickets for safety, they write them for revenue. They dont care how fast you drive, or how safe the roads are, in truth, I have seen cops put lives in far more danger than any civilian, and NOT because they were rushing off to save someone, oh no, nothing so noble. They just chose they are too good to stop at stop lights like the rest of us peasants.

I got pulled over today NOT for speeding, NOT for failure to yield and NOT running a stop light/sign.

I got a ticket for a sticker not being updated. No danger to any human being on the planet, simply, I didn't let some yahoo drive my car, turn the lights on make sure the seat belts work and slap a stupid sticker on the windshield. The state wouldn't even get a small portion of what he thinks it would get, my car is too old and therefor is exempt from emissions. The piece of paper is worth more than the charge the city will see from it.

The ONLY reason I haven't gotten the sticker is because I need at least 400 in parts so it will pass safety inspection (its safe, just not at night because my rear running lights don't come on because the headlight switch is messed up, but it is a bright day outside so that issue is a non issue.)

While you waste time on my sticker..... what are real criminals doing? CRIMES!

I would understand if he pulled me over, ran my background and let me go just checking to see if I had anything worse than a sticker, but a sticker. Really guy? You are gonna make me spend a day off of mine to go wait at the court house just to pay like 10 bucks to have the entire thing dropped?

Go dunk your head in the toilet and flush it since I cant or Id be assaulting an officer.

I do believe I may fight it just so I don't have to pay the court because the cops mistake. He put my car as "Tan" It is gray, He put my car as a 4 door Integra..... it aint. (I have seen people fight cases with MUCH worse offenses get off on those very technicalities)

IJWTS-
Crazy insane busy day
Dad to the airport at 7:30
Grocery shopped, on like, THE WORST day of the year to do so
Got my homework done for my online class right after that, which was about as adventurous as falling down four flights of stairs
Did my workout, much to my disdain, I will not be lifting anything heavier than a pound in the next 24 hours.
I finished more job applications
I'm about to run off to a job interview
Then I have to help my buddy move his stuff (STUPID LIFTING)
...
But at least a night with the guys relaxing will surely be all worth it.

Lord give me strength (and a job)

Was it a Harris County sheriff or Friendswood PD? They're the worst. I had one pull me over for going through my OWN church's parking lot. Luckily I had the bulletin for the day before in my front seat, but then kept asking me questions trying to incrimate me.
2nd story - I was driving down the road by my parents house and one coming from the other side of the road U-Turns suddenly at a break in the median, causing me to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting him because he wanted to get the guy in front of me for something.
3rd story - I had a Friendswood cop pull my friends and I over simply because we were 4 teenage guys driving down 2351 at 11pm.

IJWTS- I have never been pulled over, besides onne time when i was playing my music too loud in a neighborhood at 3AM, and the cop could have cited me for 'disturbing the peace' but let me off with a warning.

IAWTS- Easiest job interview ever. Second interview lined up. I got a good feeling about this one.

Was it a Harris County sheriff or Friendswood PD? They're the worst. I had one pull me over for going through my OWN church's parking lot. Luckily I had the bulletin for the day before in my front seat, but then kept asking me questions trying to incrimate me.

Harris, believe me, I know. I have been pulled over all over this area and know which ones are terrible.

When I was a teen I got pulled over by Alvin cops for the same thing (Teenagers in a car)

Another case dealing with HPD 4 teenagers smoking (Cigs this time) they went through my car with a fine toothed comb looking for something, anything. Finding nothing.

I WAS speeding, but so what, you know how it goes around here, you go speed limit, you get run over. They had my friends and I against the protective barrier on 45 or I-10 as they went through EVERY empty cig pack in the glove box (A TON of them, I was saving the "miles" ) The.... %#$%@%@ didnt even have the decency to put them back, they tossed them ALL over the car, all over the ground...... I have and likely always will have a problem with cops. (Not good ones, I like the ones that hold the badge with honor, I respect them. The majority of cops however..... power hungry.... corrupt.... @#$@Q#$@#$.

The difference between the cops and the criminals (in most cases) one is hiding behind a badge.
