Harris, believe me, I know. I have been pulled over all over this area and know which ones are terrible.

When I was a teen I got pulled over by Alvin cops for the same thing (Teenagers in a car)

Another case dealing with HPD 4 teenagers smoking (Cigs this time) they went through my car with a fine toothed comb looking for something, anything. Finding nothing.

I WAS speeding, but so what, you know how it goes around here, you go speed limit, you get run over. They had my friends and I against the protective barrier on 45 or I-10 as they went through EVERY empty cig pack in the glove box (A TON of them, I was saving the "miles" ) The.... %#$%@%@ didnt even have the decency to put them back, they tossed them ALL over the car, all over the ground...... I have and likely always will have a problem with cops. (Not good ones, I like the ones that hold the badge with honor, I respect them. The majority of cops however..... power hungry.... corrupt.... @#$@Q#$@#$.

The difference between the cops and the criminals (in most cases) one is hiding behind a badge.

I heard somewhere say once the profiles of cops and criminals is very similar.

The only police that I like are Pearland police. I once ran a red light with one right behind me.

The only police that I like are Pearland police. I once ran a red light with one right behind me.

I have met 3 I liked, I have met hundreds, both on the wrong side and the right side and only 3 of them were good cops.

I've only gotten one ticket and fully deserved it. I shouldn't have been driving to begin with.

One of the ones I liked, gave me a ticket, its not "I dont like you cause you ticket it" its attitude. Its the ones that you can tell that they are only in uniform so they can abuse it that I have issue with.

The more society crumbles, the more the officers seem to be more corrupt and despicable, or maybe it is the chicken and the egg argument and society is crumbling because those supposed to uphold civility and justice, simply dont care any more. (Most of them anyway. Even the good ones have their hands tied with red tape anyway so those few cant do to much to make a difference.)

Ijwts people keep telling me to pray. Which is a normal reaction. But the way that the one person in particular says it makes it sound like she doesn't think I am praying because the answer isn't what she wants it to be.

IJWTS- It's funny how different this 4th of July was than last year. I'm just remembering being close to friends whom aren't my friends anymore today like they were then... it makes me sad.
