I'd toy with the idea of performing a mass cull of human life because we're essentially locusts destroying the world we've been provided with out of selfishness. Then i'd be so overcome with guilt at having this thought i'd give the power of world ruler to someone else with a slightly less emotional nature.

Firstly, attempt to subdue our consumptions and implement an ecological friendly supply of energy; rid ourselves of convenience capitalism, urge and implement bio-diverse solutions to an economy.

After that, well I would mandate a higher level of education for everybody; hopefully, spill as much knowledge into the young brains as possible and locate people who prefer hands-on learning and have them dedicate their education efforts into trades.

Spread forth a secret society for the religions to maintain their secrets and esoteric knowledge, and have them guard the world's most sacred secrets; such as telepathy, telekinetics, and mysticism(as it were).

Bring forth a new era, order, of the ages of globalization and humanitarianism.
