I've made a few cakes using the Wilton supplies. I made a 5 tier 50th Anniversary cake for my aunt and uncle. What a job that was.

Yeah most people do NOT realize HOW MUCH work.. cake can be!!!! I did my sisters wedding cakes.... yes I said cakes. One cake had 8 tiers LOL....

People don't realize how much cake weighs either... or they wouldn't be eating it lol...

Wow. Do you do ths out of your house or do you have a store?
When I did that anniversary cake. I made all the cake layers and all the frosting, and gold roses and then we drove up to Wisconsin where the party was going to be and I then put the cake together.
