I'll say... The main flaw being that this isn't even a good show & tell project for a sixth grader. The example has a couple flaws, but you would get the point.

Riight...like pi = 3.No, thanks. There are some things that scientists "discovered" that are already mentioned in the Bible, albeit in seed form. So while the scientist would like to associate his name with some of these laws, theories, or whatever they'll be called tomorrow, the Bible was way ahead of him.
Of the three mentioned - the Water Canopy.
creation science dosen't have to exclude different religions. All falsifiable claims can be tested.
If I were a subversive student and asked: "How has the idea of the vapor canopy successfully benefitted mankind?" how would you answer? Is there any feature of the earth's surface which is more successfully modeled by a vapor canopy model than by any other model?
I'm sure the polar bears, penguins, and all the other arctic animals were thrilled...For one thing, it refracted the rays of the sun and distributed them evenly over the Earth. This provided a global tropical paradise, that was instrumental in longevity.
And how did the polar ice caps form? And how did all the other animals besides the dinosaurs adapt to the new climate? After the Flood, and the polar ice caps appeared, the dinosaurs couldn't adapt to the new climate, and eventually died out.
There has been more than one Ice age you know? This period of time, shortly after the Flood, is what scientists refer to as the "Ice Age".

Secondly, of course, the water was instrumental in the execution of God's judgement, which ended the dispensation of CONSCIENCE, and paved the way for the next dispensation --- HUMAN GOVERNMENT.
The dinosaurs didn't die out in the Ice Age...

For example your suggestions on water canopy theory. A water canopy would not successfully refract the sun's beams to cover the whole planet...
...and a rapid post-Flood Ice Age would not explain the tremendous fossil evidence of a successful and diverse Ice Age ecology.

Learning is not feeding a student what works. It is trying to urge the student to find out what DOESNT work.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for any species to have survived a global flood as described in Genesis.
