The other day I was hiking in a desert canyon and I thought about what would happen if I got attacked by a mountain lion.

But then dogs bid my command when I make eye contact. Then too, I’ve seen animals shoot a look above my head and run in fear, as if seeing something fearful there to them. I think the bottom of the list would be… ferrets, oh the horror!!

Well, he doesn't like having his picture taken - he almost always has a bad hair day, but he makes for excellent conversation over an afternoon tea.

i'll go with lion.

because if i had to choose, i'd pick that, to indulge in instincts and take on another magnificant creature. and if i would win, or if the lion would concede in defeat, i would try to make amends, mend the wounds i gave it and feed it and pet it. it would be neat to watch how creatures fight, one wins, but the other make tries to make amends and to see if it would work. kind of like a scientific expirament. and if i would die, well, that'd be that i suppose. i won't be looking anytime soon to try this expirament out tho.
