If you could be a teacher at Hogwarts what subject would you teach and why?

I'd definitely be the defence against the dark arts teacher...cos i sort of do a similar thing now, though without the magic.

It also strikes me as being one of the most useful magics in the dark times Harry faces!

i think i would want to be in charms or transfiguration cause i would love to be able to turn stuff into other things!

Hmmm, I suppose I would like to teach Transfiguration, just because I like the idea of being able to switch things around, or learn to be an Animagus like McGonagall. It's also a fairly useful subject in the books, not something stupid or purposeless, or overly difficult. If not that probably Potions, because they are quite interesting, really...and I'm not just saying that because I like Snape *lol*.
