If U.S. creationists truly believe evolution is a religion, why don't they sue over it?

When his claims are checked and found to be false there is no doubt that he was lying.

When even other creationists dismiss his claims as horse-doody, that's when you really know it's horse-doody.

I don't. But I also know that it is hopeless to try and trap them into a belief in the literal inerrancy of Genesis.
Because they'll run to atheism?

Oooh, my turn! When Answers in Genesis dismisses his claims as "fraudulent," that's when you really know he's a con artist.

Then you can "really know I'm a con artist," as I still hold to the moondust folly that scientists made.

AiG says we shouldn't use it anymore, but it's too good to let go.

The moondust argument is a creationist folly. That is why AiG says not to use it.

Do you not know what the moon dust argument is? It sounds like you don't.
The moon was not created with its current level of dust on it.

It was, in my opinion, created as smooth as a cue ball on a billiard table.

Who dumped a string of "ship valve wheels" in a line across the entire Red Sea? LOL A good laugh was just had by me. You forgot to try and discredit the Alter of the Golden Calf, the 12 wells of Elim, and the charred top of Mt. Sinai, along with the split rock where the water flowed out.

Keep trying. You'll never get there. I've already seen these things.
I can recommend a good optometrist. Seriously, JM, the scholarship of many Christians contradicts several of the assertions you have made so confidently in this thread. Have you actually studied such work, or just decided to ignore it because it contradicts your beliefs?

Peace out.
Peace cannot reside where ignorance abounds. I leave you to your faith; I'll follow the evidence, whether palatable or disturbing.
Knowledge triumphant.

Only to a point.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And then you and your evidence will go separate ways.

I have no idea what that means, unless that you are suggesting that upon the Day of Judgement I shall be consigned to the everlasting pit. That won't alter the evidence, placed their by nature or by God. The evidence, either way, shall readily outlast me.

Don't you believe in this "embedded age" thing? Shouldn't the moon have been created with a bunch of craters 'n stuff?

No -- that's Omphalos.

That's like saying Adam was created with scars, tooth decay, a stubbed toe, etc.

if that's your argument, how is the Earth being created with craters and embedded history not Omphalos?
1. The Earth was not created with craters.

2. The Earth was created with embedded age, not embedded history. Embedded age is maturity without history. Embedded history is Omphalos.

As to the cratering, it came later as a result of a cosmic battle between the fallen angels and the good angels.

I sometimes wonder if meercats are intelligent enough to have delusions. They are a cute and seemingly harmless creature, but who knows what thoughts go through their minds as they stand guard for their community. It is not especially useful to wonder this, but on the other hand any time spent contemplating meercats is never entirely wasted.

Do meercats ask creationists how the moon went from pristine to cratered?
