Okay, thanks for answering.Church of England aka Anglicanism. We were taught these stories as a matter of course. And your 'foundations of sand' is applicable here. I thought that if this story or that story is obviously nonsense then...where does it end?
By the time I got to confirmation classes around 14 years old the whole edifice had crumbled.
